Jermann Chardonnay 2015

Brilliant straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights, its aroma is intense and fruity (banana when young, golden delicious apple when mature), lightly aromatic and with excellent persistence. In the mouth is a medium-bodied wine, persistent, recall the perfumes and in plus has pleasant aromatic notes.

- Nose: intensely fragrant aromas of apple, pear and banana.

To drink with friends.
This Chardonnay is very pleasing to the eye. Clear memories of white flowers. A slightly bitter end.
The best pairing would have been fish.

Jermann Chardonnay Venezia Giulia 2015

For the color that a Friuli usually has, I thought it had an intense yellow tone. The Jermann Chardonnay Venezia Giulia reminded me of jasmine on the nose. Softer than 2015.
We had it with a bolognese pasta.
The best of Jermann for drinking in good company.
