Jermann Angel Pinot Nero Vinnaioli 2017 (Pinot Nero)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: A view is cherry red hue.
- Nose: The nose is scented wood, the oak aging, rich blueberries and forest fruits.
- Mouth: medium body, elegant, round and velvety, with character-loganberry fruit and nuances cherryish.
APPELLATION: Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
VINEYARD: Jermann.
GRAPES: Pinot Nero.
PREPARATION: The grapes for Red Angel are harvested by hand and vinified traditionally in small stainless steel tanks. The skin contact is key to producing high quality Pinot Jermann has achieved an excellent balance between power and elegance. The wine is aged in oak barrels before bottling and release.
WINE PAIRING: The perfect summer red meats and cheeses that will combine and grilled salmon and any pasta dish; potatoes stuffed with ricotta cheese and butter; sausage or ham sausage radicchio and smoked with grilled mushrooms, for example.

It was the 18th century when Stefanus migrated from the Austrian Burgenland to the village of Bilijana (now Slovenia). Later in 1881 Anton Jermann, great-grandfather of Silvio, in turn moves from Bilijana to Villanova.

Dark red colour. It mainly smells like chocolate. Very light and pleasant wine in the mouth.
A great companion for vegetables.
