Dasmijan Podversic Kaplja 2015 (Chardonnay, Malvasía and Tocai Friuliano)
- View: old golden yellow slightly opalescent.
- Nose: aroma of fine complexity, notes of beeswax, almond, chestnut honey, bergamot, pear and floral background of black tea with lime and alfalfa.
- Mouth: full-bodied, soft, warm, cozy, very persistent.
APPELLATION: Venezia Giulia.
GRAPES: 40% Chardonnay, 30% Malvasia Istriana, 30% Friulano
AGEING: after fermentation, is aged in 20 and 30 hl for 23 months and refined in bottle for 6 months. The sediment in the bottle of his wine conserves and protects.
PREPARATION: Fermentation takes place in the presence of the skins in conical oak vats for 60-90 days.
