VINEYARD: Altitude: 110-140 meters above the level of the sea. Exposure: South.
GRAPES: Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 70% and 30%.
AGING completed fermentation, aged in 20 or 30 hl for 3 years and stand for 1 year bottles.
PREPARATION: maceration begins in large oak barrels for 40 days.
WINE PAIRING: Red meats, game birds and cheeses.

Nice red Bordeaux colour. Coffee aromas. It is the lightest Damijan Podversic I've ever tasted.
Unfortunately, it did not match with food, although the wine was really ok.
