Bastianich Vespa Rosso (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Refosco)

- Nose: olfactory profile of great charm, continuous references and spicy balsamic notes of small red fruits, even jam.
- Mouth: rich, full and elegant taste, surprising balance and finesse. Smooth, slightly bitter final.
APPELLATION: Venezia Giulia.
GRAPES: Merlot 50%, refosco dal rosso peduncolo 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15% and 5% Cabernet Franc.
AGEING: Aged for 18 months in barrels.
PREPARATION: vinified separately in open tonneaux 500 liters
WINE PAIRING: with roasts and pork dishes. A classic: pimple to the oven with potatoes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16/18 ° C
