Venezia Giulia Bastianich Vespa Biancodi born in vineyards located in Cividale del Friuli, in the province of Udine. It is obtained by a skillful blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Picolit, collected and sorted entirely by hand. The fermentation takes place separately in oak barrels and steel. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and steel on the lees, followed by further aging of 12 months in bottle before release. The Bastianich Vespa Bianco has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with fresh scents of wild flowers and citrus fruits, enriched with delicate notes of minerals and honey. The palate is elegant and soft, pleasantly mineral and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal for use along with cold meats and fresh cheese appetizers.

Product prominent of Bastianich winery, the "Vespa Bianco" is an assemblage of international white grape varieties with Picolit, great excellence of the Eastern Hills Del Friuli and surrounding areas. Wine very important, know how to be great Friulian white. Straw colored yellow, the nose opens with citrus, mineral tones and subtle honeyed trend. Dry on the palate maintains a good softness which balances with a perfect acidity. Complexity and length are out of the ordinary.
