Attems Chardonnay 2019 (Chardonnay)

APPELLATION: Friuli Grave (Friuli, Italy).
AGEING: Fermentation occurs at temperatures controlled between 15 to 17 ° C in steel tubs for 15 days, then passed wooden barrels. Finally, the wine rests for 4 months on noble lees sometimes suspended.
PREPARATION: The crop is harvested in mid-September. The grapes are taken for a gentle pressing and left resting for 2 days.
