Uberti Franciacorta Rosé Brut Francesco I (Chardonnay and Pinot Nero)

VINEYARD: The Uberti family is heir to a winemaking tradition that dates back to 1793. In the current 25 hectares of vineyards, grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine from which the Uberti Franciacorta Rosé Brut Francesco I cultivated. The production area is Erbusco, in the heart of Franciacorta. All the vineyards are grown with organic principles, respecting the environment, culture and territory.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.
AGEING: sparkling wine to be consumed young.
PREPARATION: A rose gross dedicated to the French king Francis I, produced with the traditional champenoise method.
