Uberti Franciacorta Extra Brut Francesco I (Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.
  • Nose: intense aroma crusty bread, fruit and hints of yellow broom.
  • Mouth: slightly acidic sparkling but pleasant taste with persistent.

APPELLATION: Franciacorta (Lombardy, Italy).

VINEYARD: Uberti.

GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir.

AGEING: The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vessels and remains at rest until the second fermentation is carried out in bottle with a refinement of 36 months in the lees. The bottles are subjected to the screening operation and disgorging. Finally, they go to the market after at least 6 months after the restitution.

PREPARATION: The harvest is collected and selected manually. The wort is obtained from a light pressing.

WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste with seafood, risottos and snacks.
