TASTING NOTES OF Ronco Calino Franciacorta Brut:
- View: light straw yellow, green reflections, fine perlage, continuous and persistent with a dense foam.
- Nose: rich, intelligent and fine aromas of ripe fruit not (pineapple, apple Calvilla Blanc d'Hiver and Dean pear Comizio) Durone cherry, strawberry, citrus, white flowers, shades of acacia flowers, candied lemon peel wild rose jam, light balsamic sensations of Greek basil, honey, white flowers, crisp bread and biscuits, vanilla.
- Mouth: well balanced, with good acidity, a smart, solid structure and a long, lingering finish in the retrogusro confirmation bouquet of green fruit, nuts and notes of white flowers and a light and pleasant vegetal and vanilla sensation .
