Le Marchesine Franciacorta Rosé 2015 (Chardonnay and Pinot Nero)
- View: fine and persistent Perlado. Onion skin pink.
- Nose: Aroma of flowers (wild rose) and small fruits (erecta red berry (raspberry).
- Mouth: The palate is exquisite and complex. Dry and bland.
APPELLATION: Lombardy, Italy.
VINEYARD: Le Marchesine.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero.
AGEING: During 36 months.
PREPARATION: Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature (9 °C) with native yeast to maintain the flavors and aromas of Franciacorta. During March and April the transfer was carried out in bottles for secondary fermentation. The bottles are stored in rooms at controlled temperature aging for at least 36 months. After this period, the Franciacorta D.O.C.G. Brut Rosé assumed its characteristic flavor and aroma, with perlage. Then we move to the final stage of remanaje wear and clothes for shipping.
PAIRING: Intense and satisfying, it combines vegetarian dishes and not very old cheese. Even with a risotto with Parmesan cheese.
