You will like to know that...

The wines of the Franciacorta have an innate quality and are recognized as one of the best representations of the great Italian wine heritage. The cellar Ca' del Bosco needs no presentation in terms of reputation, more than deserved, which is immediately identified with the guarantee of care and quality.

In the usual style of the house, Cuvée Prestige Brut represents in one fell swoop both the prestigious winery that produces it and the entire area of Franciacorta. This excellent wine, born in 2007, is produced using the selection of the best Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes. This cuvée, after the rigorous vinification protocol to obtain a result that is difficult to match, presents itself with its great character, a fascinating and seductive limpidity, and a truly fresh taste that, with its perfect balance with acidity, reaffirms once again the fame of the Ca' del Bosco style.

Its pelage is very fine and comes close, without fear, to the quality of the best French champagne. Very soft on the palate, very pleasant, persistent in a delicate way, has all the characteristics, therefore, to be the protagonist of your most elegant aperitifs. In addition to being an aperitif sparkling wine, it is also excellent for accompanying important haute cuisine dishes**.

VINEYARD: The prestigious productive reality of Ca' Del Bosco was born in the mid-60s in the town of Erbusco, and it is here that the vineyards from which this Cuvée comes are mainly located between Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago San Martino, Corte Franca, Iseo and Passirano.

Grape: Chardonnay 75%, Pinot Bianco 10%, Pinot Nero 15%.

AGEING: Aging on yeast for an average of 25 months.

PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested and selected by hand in the first and second decade of August, coded vineyard by vineyard and cooled in the cell. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by seven months of ageing to allow the wine to mature and bring out the best organoleptic characteristics. The wines are then skilfully blended to give the Cuvée Prestige a strong personality. The dégorgement takes place using a unique system designed and patented by Ca' del Bosco.

Cà del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Brut

It has a perlage most fine, golden yellow color, rich scent; to the taste it is elegant, soft, but also structured and much persistent one. Characteristics that of it make an optimal sparkling wine for the aperitif but in a position to accompanying good part of the meal.
