Bellavista Franciacorta Gran Cuvée Rose Brut 2015 (Pinot Noir)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: This wine is a beautiful pink color, with persistent bubbles.
- Nose: The nose opens with intense notes of white peach soften wild strawberries, golden apple, rosehip and a touch of toast.
- Mouth: The palate is a dry wine with a fresh acidity and balanced. An elegant background of flavors of black currant and sweet almond persists in the end.
APPELLATION: Franciacorta (Lombardy, Italy).
VINEYARD: Bellavista.
GRAPES: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir.
AGEING: This bubble remains to tune in the cellar for at least 5 years, developing perfect harmony.
ELABORATION occurs mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, carefully collected and handpicked. The Cuvée respects the oldest tradition of Bellavista, composed of more than 30 selections of vintages, some of which are fermented and raised in small white oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: Perfect to accompany fish appetizers, is ideal in combination with tartare of fish, crustaceans steam and vegetable risotto.

It has a very nice colour. Bakery smell at the end. Bella Vista with a rough taste.
