The Antica Fratta Franciacorta Brut was made for 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot nero. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 13-15ºC. Unique to Franciacorta Anitica of Fratta is the long maturation period of around 24 months. This Franciacorta is very elegant with crisp acidity and oh so clean! This charming Franciacorta is lovely, cheerful and full of a rich and intense bouquet. Fruity and floral. Made like a champagne as methodological classico but pieces cheaper than champagne and better than many commercial champagne. Actually any big difference between Franciacorta and Champagne price !!

The Spumante Antica Fratta Franciacorta Brut was born in vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta DOCG. It is produced mainly with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the foam, this bubble is aged for 24 months on the lees and for a further period in the bottle before being put on the market. This Brut is characterized by a light yellow color with greenish hues, and a fine and persistent. The nose opens with an intense bouquet and rich, with pleasant fruity and floral scents. The palate is pleasantly full, with a strong acid vein. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with dishes of fish and white meats.
