Estate Alpha Sauvignon Blanc Fumé Ecosystem 2018 (Sauvignon Blanc)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: pale yellow, but with touches of green.
  • Nose: Aromas of white fruits, with a tropical flair similar to pineapple and other exotic fruits. The fund had a light touch of vanilla.
  • Mouth: It is unctuous texture; however, not extremely stand. Extensive end distinguishes all fruit flavors one by one, unified despite what they feel on first impression.

APPELLATION: Florina.

VINEYARD: Alpha Estate.

GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.

AGEING: Stainless steel tanks.

PREPARATION: grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed only the best cold. The chosen are macerated at low temperatures, then move to stainless steel tanks, where they ferment for a few weeks at regulated temperature. In the end, it clarified and bottled the result.

WINE PAIRING: Fish, cheese, rice, seafood, pastas, salads.

Attractive lemon color, delicate but complex nose, where scents of green apple, pineapple and white-fleshed peaches, basil and lukumi gradually unfold, as also hints of tobacco and vanilla. Mouth with elegance, balance and good structure, topped with a juicy and fragrant aftertaste.
