- View: ruby red transparent and luminous.
- Nose: nutmeg, red berries, raspberry, ripe peach, black pepper, rose petals, delicate and characteristic nuances of iron and minerals.
- Mouth: Clear, dynamic, broad and persistent, harmonious and seductive, characterized by soft tannins, a wine of unquestionable class.
GRAPES: 80% and 20% Nerello Mascalese Nerello Cappuccio.
AGEING: 9 months in French oak barrels in Slavonian oak and chestnut barrels. Aging 6 months in bottle.
WINE PAIRING: pasta, red meats, game and cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%

Cherry blossom colour, nearly opaque. Toffee smell, followed by coffee smell. The barrel leaves good flavours.
