“TASTING NOTES:View: Color straw yellow.Nose: Intense aromas of ripe, citrus and exotic fruits, with hints of wild flowers and nuts.Mouth: balanced, smooth, elegant, fresh and citrusy good body. long and fruity tones finish.APPELLATION: Lazio.VINEYARD: Falesco.GRAPES: Trebbiano, Malvasia.AGEING: 5 months in stainless steel casks on its lees.DEVELOPMENT: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to a short maceration on its lees. The wort is obtained through a soft pressing process. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 13 to 15 °C, with the addition of selected natural yeasts.
