TASTING NOTES OF Ullones 2017:
- View: raspberry pink, pale, gray, clean and bright.
- Nose: intense, fruity aromas, red fruit, berries and wild strawberries.
- Mouth: good entrance, sweet, lively, pleasant finish and slightly bitter.
WINE PAIRING: appetizers, fish, seafood, shellfish, pasta dishes, white meats, quiche, pizza and pasta with Bolognese sauce.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C

How to serve
In this beautiful and legendary village of the Alt Empordà Girona, is the winery Oliveda. A cellar with a long tradition of winemaking, because in the eighteenth century produced wines, even if only for family consumption. The current winery was founded in 1948 by Don Josep Oliveda Casanova and his wife Dona Joana Rigau Ros, dedicated to the production and marketing of wines and cavas.More about the Winery

I was impressed by its colour. Red fruity smell. A slight flavour of raspberries this rosé.
Has a very cheerful colour. I noticed aromas of red fruit and flowers. The grape had an evident presence.
