You will like to know that…
The thing that will probably grab your attention first about Ullones 2016 is the label, with its 'naive art' design which introduces us to an intense, sensual wine. This rosé is made from Grenache grapes, harvested from centuries'-old vines in Capmany, to the north of the 'Alt Empordà' region, in the foothills of the Albera mountains. Here, the 'Tramuntana' winds blow fiercely, and the temperatures reach extremes, as is to be expected from vineyards set into the mountain-sides. This is an innovative wine, which proves perfect to accompany dishes such as pasta, risotto, or pizza, as well as many lighter options such as salad (just remember to tailor to your tastes). Try it out for yourself - if you like the label's design, you'll like this rosé even more.

More about the WineryReviews of Ullones 2016
I took the Oliveda wine with grilled vegetables.
This time I shared it with two couples.
Has a very cheerful colour. I noticed aromas of red fruit and flowers. The grape had an evident presence.
I was impressed by its colour. Red fruity smell. A slight flavour of raspberries this rosé.
