“TASTING NOTES:View: Chilean red wine Falernia Carmenere Reserva 2015 is a sturdy product, with an intense ruby red, tending to carmine.Nose: since the smell is considered that this wine comes from the land where the sun is vibrant and clean skies. One feels the burden of alcohol, but come to the watering fruity notes and multiple hot. Very wraps the aromas of cherry and plum.Mouth: To test this wine does not betray its intense fragrance. It has a spicy fragrant and savory red fruit and wild notes, together with tomato and basil and pepper notes. Soft tannins come. all very interesting.APPELLATION: Elqui ValleyVINEYARD: The vineyard is located on the grounds of the Elqui Valley in Chile and are high in the Andean mountains sediments. “I was impressed by its colour. Toffee notes can be appreciated. A Falernia Carmenere Reserva is never a light experience.
We had it with a bean stew and it was a fantastic combination (although I hadn't thought it at the beginning).
I tried it on a tasting course.
We've purchased it in an online shop through Uvinum.
Highly recommendable this Falernia Carmenere Reserva.
