TASTING NOTES:
- View: This South African red wine D'Aria The Sopranos Shiraz shows a dark purple tunic, very dense, spicy.
- Nose: The nose is extremely rich, with violets and plums on the nose. A deep red wine with ripe, red fruits and ground pepper.
- Mouth: An intensely concentrated palate with licorice and oak spices in the background. The finish gives hints of dark chocolate.

GRAPES: Shiraz.
AGEING: This wine is aged in small barrels of French and American oak for about 18 months before mixing it and bottle it. Bottled wine receives another six months before the launch rounding.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, bunches and berries are individually classified to ensure that only the best quality fruit is reserved for this wine. Fermentation takes place in small open stainless steel tanks.
WINE PAIRING: This wine is highly recommended with grilled red meat, rich flavors, game (venison) and spicy sausage.
