TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pale lemon yellow.
- Nose: A light herbal scent with tempting notes of tropical fruits, including papaya, citrus, mango, passionfruit, and white melon with a floral border.
- Mouth: Medium-bodied and buttery on the palate with a light and acidic preamble that broadens into a rich flavour with layers of green orchard apple and ripe pear that end in a short and bright finish.

VINEYARD: Dry Creek Vineyard. These sophisticated Chenin Blanc grapes were grown in Dry Creek Valley, located in Sonoma County, California. The region is formed by Dry Creek, a tributary of the Russian River, and is known for nearly year-round sunshine. Established in 1972, Dry Creek Vineyard was the first vineyard in the Dry Creek Valley after the Prohibition. The founder, Dave Stare, was an MIT graduate with a passion for using his technical knowledge to create high-quality wines of multiple grape varieties.

AGEING: Dry Creek Vineyard Vineyard Wilson Ranch Chenin Blanc is entirely un-oaked.
PREPARATION: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, which ensures a fresh fruit character.
PAIRING: Pork chops, roasted chicken, duck, mushroom risotto, roasted squash, fish and other seafood, green salads, mature cheeses, or desserts.
