Sebarigos Reserva 2016 (Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz)
- View: ruby, violet tones.
- Nose: aroma of ripe red fruits, notes of herbs, spices and black pepper.
- Mouth: wild fruits, berries and smoked. Very fresh, elegant and balanced.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca.
PREPARATION: grapes vinified separately for each variety, grapes harvested in small stainless steel mills. Then de-stemmed and lightly crushed. Temperature-controlled fermentation.
PAIRING: grilled red meat and poultry stuffed poultry.
