Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha da Francisca 2016
- View: dark red.
- Nose: mineral notes, black chocolate and red fruits (black cherries).
- Mouth: Long bursting with fresh fruit and a lingering finish, with a good balance.
GRAPES: Tinta Francisca, Touriga Franca, Sousão, Rufete and Touriga Nacional.
PREPARATION: fermented grapes trampled and completely presses for 7 to 10 days at temperatures between 22 and 27ºC. resulting wines introduced into new French oak barrels of 225 liters Allier several Coopers, namely François Frères and Taransaud where undergoing malolactic fermentation. Blended and bottled two or three weeks later.
PAIRING: Fine red meats, roasted and grilled meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 11-13ºC
