VINEYARD: La Quinta Nova field Carmo is a former mansion of the nineteenth century, exceptionally well located in the Douro Valley, Portugal River. The vines are planted on terraces and growing in soils formed by slate Gravistachica at a maximum altitude of 297 meters. The Mediterranean climate, the sun of the south and west, as well as low moisture concentration, enables the production of grapes sweeter and more colors, for very concentrated wines with great elegance.

WINE PAIRING: Perfect combination with hard cheeses. Also taste with fatty fish and white meat (poultry) and red (pork and beef). It blends harmoniously with traditional Asian cuisine.

Needs to be drunk with the right food. We tested it in a dinner Party.
Highlights the straw yellow color. Aromas that remind of acacia flowers. It has a dense texture.
