Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo Pomares Moscatel Galego 2018 (Moscatel)
- View: Pale yellow with green tints.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus fruits and golden pulp, apricot, golden apples, grapefruit and lime stands.
- Mouth: fresh and fruity taste, with a juicy texture on the palate and an aromatic aftertaste.
VINEYARD: Quinta Nova.
GRAPES: Moscatel Galego.
AGEING: This wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tank fermentation. It is consumed young.
PREPARATION: The grapes Muscatel type Galego pressed gently and macerated cold for 8 hours. Then the juice is fermented in stainless steel tank at low temperatures for several weeks, the wine rests on its lees for 3 months before stabilizing and bottled unfiltered.
PAIRING: Appetizers, fresh salads, seafood, lobster, white meat, turkey, lamb, pheasant, pork chops, sauteed vegetables, fruit desserts.
