TASTING NOTES OF Post Scriptum 2016:

  • View: Deep garnet velvet vivid red border.
  • Nose: aromas of plums and atractivs resinous notes.
  • Mouth: lush, pure black fruit, hints of minerals and spices, highlighted by fine acidity.

APPELLATION: Douro.

VINES: Symington Family Estates

GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz.

AGEING: 13 months in French oak barrels of 400 L.

PREPARATION: inocualdas yeast fermentation at 25, very soft and tight maceration.

PAIRING: Red meats, roast beef and grilled meat.
