- Winemaking: Vinification in stainless steel vats with maceration and temperature controlled at 25 - 28 ° C. Ageing for 8 months in new barrels of 225 liters of French oak.

I'd take it with a fish dish rather than with meat. My parents' favourite.
Dark red tone and in general, rather opaque. The Douro smells like cherry, liquorice. Blueberry flavour.
