“Deep violet red color. In the nose it emphasizes the ripe red fruit and the compote of cherry in harmony with notes of spices coming from the castes used. The stage in wood gives you sweet notes of vanilla and coffee. It is full bodied, structured and elegant. In the mouth the intense notes of red fruit and chocolate stand out, the end of mouth is long with quality tannins.”
“The best wine in combination with grilled foie. My friends loved Montes Ermos.
The reddish brown edges were not very nice. Definitely the wrong colour, although it was an acceptable wine. The smell of this Montes Ermos reminds me somehow a menthol candy. It is voluptuos, with body.”
