Carm Rabigato Branco 2016 (Rabigato)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: citric, brillnate appearance.
- Nose: citrus, freshness, mineral aromas.
- Mouth: A surprising acidity, very persistent.
APPELLATION: Douro.
GRAPES: Rabigato.
AGEING: aged in stainless steel on fine lees until bottling.
PREPARATION: stemmed grapes followed by a gentle crushing and maceration for about 12 hours. After this period in inert atmosphere, crushed grapes in a pneumatic press, followed after a period must clarification 24 to 48 hours depending on the ripeness. Fermentation carried out for several months at temperatures between 12 and 16 °C
PAIRING: fish, seafood, white meats and vegetables.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-12 °C
ALCOHOL: 13%

The darker yellow colour I've seen in the wines of Douro. Aromas of lemon grass. Light on the palate.
