Bafarela Reserva 2016

It shows a lovely red, slightly violet colour. The intense aromas are dominated by red fruit, floral notes and spices. Intense and with a very characteristic profile, it is a persistent wine, with a fresh, drawn-out ending.

This consists of around 190 ha of schistous land on the hillside of the River Torto and River de Galegos. The rough terrain of the DouroDemarcated Region is responsible for generating a variety of microclimates where each crop finds an excellent place to grow. The estate was economically sustained by olive groves (for olive oil) until the end of the 1960s. This crop was relegated to second place in the 1970s when vineyards overtook it, and they remain in first place today.

Buying wine as Bafarela Reserva 2012 at Uvinum and will not regret it.
Red almost purple. It smells like violets. The taste reminded me coffee.

This wine improved our meal. A wine to drink with your family.
It has a nice colour. This Brites Aguiar smells like violets. Black plum compote flavours.
