Cherry red colour. Scent of violets and liquorice. It leaves a slightly sweet after-taste.
I definetely wouldn't pair this wine with fish dishes.
It was served at a wedding.

This Serradayres has a very light colour. Brisk scents of fresh lemons. An oil-textured wine. Great with soup. I shared a few glasses of Serradayres with that person I always drink wine with. Interesting toasted oak flavour in this Serradayres.

Special wine for couples.
Nice colour. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... I don't know if it is too dense or it just my perception.
Good combination with seafood .

I noticed aromas of acacia flower. Complex and subtle.
A delicious white, the wood flavour could be more subtle.
