Quinta da Alorna Branco 2016 (Arinto and Fernao Pires)
- View: greenish yellow.
- Nose: tropical aromas, citrus, pineapple and lemon
- Mouth: acidity, residual sugar well balanced. lively and pleasant finish.
GRAPES: Arinto and Fernao Pires.
PREPARATION: grape varieties pressed separately fermented at low temperature (12 °C) in stainless steel tanks resulting juice. After assembly of the final batch, I came cold stabilized and rinsed before bottling.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with seafood dishes or grilled fish.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
