GRAPES: Arinto, Fernão Pires
PREPARATION: The grapes are chopped, crushed gently, and then macerated in the cold. After pressing the grapes, the must is clarified by decanting and fermenting at a controlled temperature of 16°C.
PAIRING: Falua Branco 2017 is ideal to accompany fish, seafood, and white meat dishes as well as salads.
