TASTING NOTES OF Terras de Santo António Touriga Nacional 2013:
- View: Deep ruby.
- Nose: floral notes and aromas of ripe fruit.
- Boca: envelope, velvety with fine tannins body.
APPELLATION: Dao.
VINES: Terras de Santo António
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional.
AGEING: 12 months in barrels of French and American oak.
PREPARATION: pre-fermentation for 48 hours at 15 °C. Fermentation conrolada temperature of 25C.
PAIRING: Light and grilled meats.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
