TASTING NOTES Quinta da Pellada Primus 2015:
- View: straw yellow.
- Nose: notes of earwax and lovely minerality.
- Mouth: completely harmonious, with fine fruit, accuracy and persistence in the end.
APPELLATION: Dao.

GRAPES: mixture of 16 different varieties of grapes, including Bical, Malvasia, Encruzado, Terrantez, Cerceal, Douradinha, Verdelho, etc.

Deep colour at first sight. Perfume of white flowers: jasmine, lilies .... I fellt it fleshy in mouth.

I recommend having it open for a while before drinking.
It had an intense colour. Fresh scents of white flowers, lemon and green apple. Toasted background in the mouth.
