Grão Vasco Branco 2018 (Touriga Nacional)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: It has a beautiful ruby color intense tone, dark red edges and bright flashes.
- Nose: aromas of grapes Mainly perceived, can feel aromas like plum and dark cherry with balsamic notes.
- Mouth: The palate is elegant and silky, excellent acidity makes it a fresh, soft and round tannins.
APPELLATION: D.O.C. Dão.VINEYARD: Carvalhain.GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Pinheira.
AGEING: Stainless-steel tanks for varying periods.PREPARATION: The grapes are destemmed completely and then triturated gently, fermentation occurs spontaneously with temperature control and pumping occurred for 5 days. Then the must is placed to be pressed to extract the wine contained in the solid pieces.
