Flor de Nelas Reserva 2015 (Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz)

TASTING NOTES OF Flor de Nelas Reserva 2015:

  • View: pink, purple hues.
  • Nose: exquisite notes of blackberry, raspberry, nice spicy character.
  • Mouth: fresh and satisfying palate, very light.

APPELLATION: Bolgheri.

GRAPES: Cabernet Franc, Merlot.

AGEING: Aged on lees for a further month in the bottle.

PROCESSING: soft pressing of whole berries followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 20 days.

PAIRING: fish dishes, light meats, creamy cheeses, good pizza.

TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
