Ca' del Bosco Curtefranca Corte del Lupo Rosso 2016 (Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Merlot)

- Nose: From the point of view of the smell, the red wolf Court Curtefranca makes immediate aroma of black cherries, blackberries, berries and an underlying sweetness that immediately leads to round berry vanilla; integrated tannins.

AGEING: After malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels, the wine was racked and assembled into different lots of products. The final mixture of the Lupo Rosso Court continues to age in oak and stainless steel for about 21 months, followed by bottling, again by gravity. No sulfites are added at this stage, to ensure the integrity and health. Finally, each bottle is marked with a unique code, to ensure traceability.
PREPARATION: Before vinification, carefully selected grapes are subjected to an exclusive "spa berries", a special washing swirl for grapes, comprising three soaking tanks, followed by complete drying. Thereafter, gravity comes into play as the bunches transported on the macerating tank where destemmed, allowing the berries fall naturally into the tank; eliminating the need for traditional pump that can cause skin to break and develop signs unwanted herbaceous.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended with appetizers made with herbed and aged cheeses, light meat, poultry or roast red, rich and savory pasta dishes, such as pasta or risotto oven.
