Domaine Pignier Cremant du Jura (Chardonnay)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: clear and bright yellow.
- Nose: floral aromas, white flowers, fruity notes, peach, a nice minerality.
- Mouth: fresh, live long lasting foam. elegant and persistent finish with some citrus and peach.
APPELLATION: Cremant du Jura.
VINEYARD: 15 hectares of land distributed on the slopes of Montaigu in 3 municipalities: Boivin, the Percenette, Gauthières them.
GRAPES: Chardonnay.
PREPARATION: wine with Demeter certification.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, with desserts.
TEMPERATURE: 5-6 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%

Nice and pretty colour. Yeasty and notes of bakery on the nose. This Cremant du Jura has a very good acidity.
