This fine sparkling Crémant combines the advantages of noble-nutty Gamay and the fruity Pinot Noir with notes of strawberries and delicate raspberries. Serving As an aperitif, Gravlax with honey mustard sauce in a serving temperature of 8 ° C. The winery Cave de Lugny was founded in 1927 and located in the heart of the vineyards of the Mâconnais in Southern Burgundy. Over the years, we teamed up with more and more winemakers from the region. Meanwhile work 240 winemakers from 21 towns with almost 1 400 hectares together, with the aim of increasing the quality of the wines continuously. The grapes for the sparkling wines are harvested only from carefully selected vines. They are fermented separately from the rest of the crop.
