AGEING: This wine remains in bottle 3 months before being consumed.PREPARATION: The mixture is pressed grapes with the method of bleeding and macerated for 10 hours at cold temperatures, then the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with natural yeast at low temperatures controlled. a second process of fermentation is then carried out by the Charmat method, in order to bring you ferment the wine. Finally it stabilizes cold, filtered and bottled. You must remain 3 months in bottle before consumption.
