Famille Perrin Réserve Blanc 2016 (Garnacha blanca, Marsanne, Viognier and Roussane)
TASTING NOTES OF Famille Perrin Réserve Blanc 2016:
- having: Pale yellow.
- Nariz: Floral aromas, vanilla, green apple and peach.
- mouth: herbal flavors, no fruity and low in acidity, rich and full as apricot and white peach.
APPELLATION: Rhone, France.
BODEGA: Familie Perrin.
GRAPES: Grenache blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier.
PREPARATION: Crushing in pneumatic presses, fining of the must and refrigeration. Fermentation tanks regulated. Stainless steel until June, the period is bottled after fining.
WINE PAIRING: Meat, fish, cheese.
TEMPERATURE: 9 °C.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%.
