Famille Perrin Côtes du Rhône Réserve 2017 (Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Color deep enough.
- Nose: The nose offers a beautiful aromatic complexity marked by Grenache and a touch of black currant mature brought by the Syrah.
- Mouth: The palate shows complex tannins still present, but with delicacy and elegance, and a beautiful freshness.
APPELLATION: Côtes-du-Rhône.
VINEYARD: Famille Perrin.
GRAPES: Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah.
AGEING: Aging in tanks and Foudre (25%) for one year.
PREPARATION: The harvest is sorted and de-stemmed. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and oak.
