TASTING NOTES:

  • View: deep, dark and bright red.
  • Nose: mostly fresh aromas of dark fruit.
  • Mouth: silky, smooth, fine, elegant, balanced, fruity and pleasant tannins.

APPELLATION: Côtes du Rhône.

GRAPES: Grenache 50%, Syrah 20%, Carignan 15%, 10% and Mourvedre Cinsault 5%.

AGEING: aged for 6 to 9 months in vats.

PREPARATION: removal of stems 80%, macerated for 12 to 15 days.

WINE PAIRING: pasta, beef and cheese.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C

Featuring a beautiful structure, this Côtes-du-Rhône develops notes of fresh fruit (crushed strawberry, blackberry) on crisp, supported by a hint of liquorice. Moderately tannic, this wine retains its gluttony on grilled meat or fresh tomatoes pie.
