Intense, sparkling and bright garnet red. Complex and delicate bouquet with spicy notes (nutmeg and pepper) and black fruits like blueberries, blackberries and black currants. The beautiful impressions continued in the flavor and its ripe tannins create a powerful structure. Michel Chapoutier is one of France's most respected winemakers. I had bought M. Chapoutier from a the stand on a wine trade fair.
At sight it has an intensive cherry colour. Aromas of leather and tobacco pipe. A red fairly astringent.
