Famille Perrin Côtes du Luberon Rosé 2018 (Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault)
- View: pale pink with golden and bright reflections.
- Nose: Intense aroma, with rich notes of grapefruit, lemon peel and rose petals.
- Mouth: soft, elegant and with light notes of red berries and sweet cherries on the palate taste.
APPELLATION: Côtes du Luberon (Rhone, France).
VINEYARD: Famille Perrin.
GRAPES: Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.
AGEING: Madura in steel tanks for 3 months and in the bottle for 2 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, before being destemmed, followed by maceration for 12 hours skins. After alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.
PAIRING: Pig, rich seafood and snacks.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-11 °C
