Elaboration of Miraval Rosé Magnum 2019
Miraval Rosé Magnum 2019 (Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, Cinsault and Rosé)
- View: pale pink.
- Nose: Aromas of red berries and white flowers with hints of strawberry.
- Mouth: Cherry flavor, fresh wood with hints of minerals. It is round and silky. Fresh with good structure. appetizing finish with hints of wild herbs.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence (Provence, France).
GRAPES: Cinsaut, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah.
AGEING: A getting to the wineries are de-stemmed, then pressed. Syrah grapes is vinified separately by the method of drawing. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
PREPARATION: harvested in clay soils with organic methods. The grapes are harvested when they reach optimal maturity and occur two selections.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste with appetizers, red meat, white, soft cheeses, fruit desserts or chocolate.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 - 13ºC
