Elaboration of Miraval Rosé Magnum 2018
Miraval Rosé Magnum 2018 (Grenache, Garnacha, Rolle, Syrah, Vermentino, Garnacha negra, Cinsault and Rosé)
- View: pale pink with bright ruby reflections.
- Nose: Elegant aromas of ripe fruit, wild berries, white flowers and herbs.
- Mouth: fresh body, delicate, soft, silky, balanced, complex, with flavors of red fruits. long, elegant finish.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
GRAPES: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Vermentino.
AGEING: 5 months in stainless steel barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually. Gentle pressing is performed to extract the juice of the grapes. The wort is macerated to cold temperatures for a period of 12 hours, followed by bleeding the wort. The wine is fermented in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 20 ° C, for a period of 18 days. After malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, the wine is left to rest in stainless steel barrels for 5 months. Finally, the wine is bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, white meats, foie gras, seafood, risotto, carpaccio, salads, creamy desserts and fruit.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 ° C
