Elaboration of Miraval Rosé Double Magnum 2018
Miraval Rosé Double Magnum 2018 (Grenache, Garnacha, Rolle, Syrah, Vermentino, Garnacha negra, Cinsault and Rosé)
- View: pale pink.
- Nose: fruity aromatic notes such as raspberry and peach. With a floral touch of white flowers.
- Mouth: fresh and well balanced flavor, with very salient characteristic and taste wine in mineral touches.
APPELLATION: Côtes de Provence.
VINEYARD: Château Miraval.
GRAPES: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle.
AGEING: This wine is consumed young.
PREPARATION: The mixture of grapes is macerated at very cold temperatures for 10 hours, then pressed gently with the method of bleeding; the wort is carried stainless steel tanks where fermented using yeasts chosen carefully. Finally allowed to stand and bottled unfiltered.
PAIRING: White meats, pastas, risottos, paellas, lamb, pork chops, seafood, lobster, steamed vegetables, fresh salads.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
